Paris Saint-Germain starlet, 17, is tipped for big things and completes fantastic week in Weah household with treble

TIMOTHY WEAH made it an exceptional week in the Weah household after netting a blistering hat-trick for the USA at the Under-17s World Cup.

His father, the legendary George, came out on top on election night in the running for the Liberian presidency on Tuesday

Timothy Weah was the hero for the USA in their 5-0 victory over Paraguay

And Paris Saint-Germain starlet Timothy, 17, kept up the good feeling within the family with a superb treble during the 5-0 win over Paraguay in India.

Weah Snr, 51, is considered one of the greatest players of all-time — and is the only African to win the Ballon d’Or.

However, Timothy is clearly not overawed by his father’s achievements and is proving his worth for his adopted country.

He opened the scoring on 19 minutes when he timed his run perfectly so steer in Ayo Akinola’s low cross.

But his second was a thing of beauty even his father — who scored what many considered to be the greatest solo goal of all-time — would have been proud of.

Immediately, after half-time, Weah let fly from 30 yards out and saw his effort nestle in the top corner.

Werder Bremen triker Josh Sargent then scored twice to kill the game off.

Before Weah completed his hat-trick just minutes later.
